Yeah, okay, I know I haven't posted in a hell of a long time.

Not a whole lot new going on, but what there is is kinda big.

I'm going back to school finally. Though not exactly in the way I had anticipated. Instead of finishing my Folklore degree (which I fully intend on doing eventually, don't worry) I'm going to be getting a Business degree. The thought behind it being that with a degree in Healthcare Management I could very possibly get on at Lilly (okay, bring on the jokes about the most Wyrm tainted company in the Midwest...) and make serious bank. Those who say money isn't important can bite me cause damn, is it nice to have. ^^

In other news, for my birthday today Mayghin and I went to the mall and I got to get some much needed clothing and on an excursion to Hot Topic I picked up a new album. The band is Chiodos. I'd never heard of them before tonight, didn't even know what type of music they played. What sold me on the album were such award winning song titles as "Is It Progression If A Cannibal Uses A Fork?," "I Didn't Say I Was Powerful, I Said I Was A Wizard," and "Life Is A Perception Of Your Own Reality." How could I possibly say no to that? Fortunately, the band is actually pretty good. I'm pleased.

Umm, new Changeling game is totally awesome and the next game is this Sunday, though I'm beginning to get a bit downhearted about the connections I've been trying to make. I've sent out somewhere around six to seven different emails to other players trying to make character connections and haven't heard much of a damn thing yet. The first one was sent over a month ago. Grr. Oh well. Silly Cam players....

Okay, here's the situation. My lease at Fountain Park expires on Thursday the 31st. I need to have all my stuff out of that apartment by then. I still have my bed and a large cupboard/bookshelf that needs moved which requires a truck-like vehicle. I need some help here. If anyone is free this week to help me move I would greatly appreciate it and would compensate with delicious homemade dinner.

Hey all. Okay, so I know that tomorrow night is the Wrap Party and such, but I was wondering if anyone had/had access to a pick-up/box truck tomorrow afternoon/evening. I'm moving part of my stuff into my new place tomorrow (thought it was today, but was told otherwise this morning) and really only want/need to get the big stuff (bed, desk, bookcases). The boxes and stuff can go in Mayghin's car and things don't HAVE to be out of my place until the 31st but I want to start staying in the new place ASAP. Thanks all!

You know, I'm really tired of getting fucked around with in games. I'm going to find who's responsible for this and we're going to have words. Even if that means bitching out some STs. I'm sick of it.

Hey all! Okay, so I was informed yesterday that due to plain old lack of things to do, my hours at work are going to get cut drastically. (like, down to two or three days a week) As such, I'm looking for new and better work. If anyone has heard of any opportunities out there I'd be most appreciative if they could get sent along. I hate picking up second jobs, but what I'm making right now with a "full time" gig is barely enough to get by. Let alone, when it gets cut in half.

Okay, so I guess the 'mysterious post' from yesterday could perhaps be explained.

I'm no longer a single guy. Which, I realize in and of itself is not really that strange. The strange, and unexpected part of this whole thing is who. For those who are a part of the group and names mean something, Mayghin Brown and I have started seeing each other. This has been a very interesting and wonderful experience so far and I'm looking forward to the future.

It really was completely and utterly unexpected too. Funny how life comes at you when you least expect it.

Wow. Um, wow. This weekend has gotten infinitely more interesting. Can't say more right yet, but perhaps explanation to follow.

Okay, so most people who know me know that I'm not really a sports kind of guy. Though for those of you who were at Chili's last night I'm sure you just read that with no small amount of doubt.

Let me explain...

I've been a Colts fan for years. I got indoctrinated VERY early on and was a fan even through the Jim Harbaugh years. (yeah, I know, I'm ashamed too) And so, last night, WHEN WE WON THE FUCKING AFC CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!! I was a little excited.

Okay, so I was completely floored and stricken speechless and made something of a scene in the middle of the restaurant. But hey, at least I wasn't the only one!

Anyway, that bit out of the way, Changeling yesterday was pretty freaking amazing. I don't usually do Changeling posts (granted, I don't usually do posts at all, but hey) but this deserved one.

So I get to be King of Hell now with armies of Demons under my control. Hell yeah! I had some great moments where folk would come up and be all "Korael???? WTF???" Hehe. I really loved playing the complete change that came over his personality. A big thanks to everyone who interacted with me I had a lot of fun.

However, the fun of being New Satan was dimmed a bit by a rather frightening turn of events as far as some of the planning ideas that we heard in the 'fixing' of the world. Oh well, I'm sure there's something I can do about that. ^^

But yeah, overall, had an incredible time this weekend as a whole. A big thanks to Heather and Mayghin (though I don't think they read this) for letting me hang out with them all weekend. I had a blast. It is really interesting playing in a game with people for so long, but not really getting to know them. So I'm glad I got to expand my circle of friends even further. Woot.

Trying to find a black suitjacket for Sunday. Anyone out there in LJ-land have one that I might be able to borrow?

Hey folks. Would anyone be able and willing to give me a ride up to Indy on Friday and possibly pick me up on the third or fourth (can't remember which day it is at the moment)? I'd throw in 20 bucks for gas of course, but I'd rather not take the damned shuttle if at all possible.

So I'm okay. It really wasn't as bad as it was made out to be. I merely tore the muscles in my wrist while doing my job. As for being out of work, they found me something else to do until I completely heal. Anyway, yeah, that's the story.

For my part it was a work-related injury that is going to keep me from my job for a week. Grr.
